We are actively seeking and excited to find a ‘Family Support Worker’ who has the ability to form outstanding relationships with children and get to the heart of each and every child in their care.

We are looking for someone who:
- Delights in being with children and puts the children's well-being before anything else.

Your core duties will be:
- Work with the Senior Leadership Team to provide family-centered support for children's learning.
- Support school staff and provide signposting services to families.
- Promote positive learning behaviours in school.
- Coordinate provision with the school's inclusion team.
- Liaise with parents to support children's welfare and home-school liaison matters, while ensuring confidentiality and adhering to safeguarding guidelines.
