Our school aims to ensure that all personal data collected about staff, pupils, parents, governors, visitors and other individuals is collected, stored and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018).

Our policies covering privacy and data protection applies to all personal data, regardless of whether it is in paper or electronic format.

The Flying High Partnership and schools within the multi academy group are required to keep and process certain information about its staff members and pupils in accordance with its legal obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The Trust/school may, from time to time, be required to share personal information about its staff or pupils with other organisations, such as local authorities, the Department for Education, other trust schools and educational bodies, and potentially external agencies.

Our policies are in place to ensure all staff, Trustees and governors are aware of their responsibilities and outlines how the school complies with the core principles of the GDPR.
